arange1

mipylib.numeric.minum.arange1(start, num=50, step=1)

Return evenly spaced values within a given interval.

Parameters:
  • start – (number) Start of interval. The interval includes this value.

  • num – (int) Number of samples to generate. Default is 50. Must be non-negative.

  • step – (number) Spacing between values. For any output out, this is the distance between two adjacent values, out[i+1] - out[i]. The default step size is 1.

Returns:

(MIArray) Array of evenly spaced values.

Examples:

>>> arange1(2, 5)
array([2, 3, 4, 5, 6])
>>> arange1(2, 5, 0.1)
array([2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4])
